[mappress mapid="19" adaptive="true" zoom=“11”]
Gai-Kodzor Vineyards was established in 2006 in the village by that name, which is about nine kilometers south of Anapa and a few kilometers from the Black Sea coast.
The terrain south of Anapa transitions to the foothills of the Caucasus Mountains and is rocky and rugged. Gai-Kodzor produces grapes on about 70 hectares that were planted with imported grapes in 2006. The first wines were produced in 2008. Gai-Kodzor wines are currently produced using the facilities and services of Chateau Le Grand Vostock. The line now includes Gewurztraminer, Muscat, Roussanne, Viognier, Caladoc-Malbec, Merlot-Grenache, Mourvedre-Syrah and Shiraz.
