Sauk Dure Winery (Closed)

Founded in 1956, Sauk-Dure was a winery located in the Krimsk district of Krasnodar region. It had been developed on the base of a former limestone quarry and had extensive underground caves for storage. Sauk-Dure was part of the Abrau Durso complex until 1978 and produced some sparkling wines. Sauk-Dure accumulated a collection of wines and brandies dating back to 1952. In recent years the winery was acquired by Myskhako Winery, and apparently ceased any production. However, the Sauk-Dure wines are still available, presumably from accumulated stock.
